the server crashes any time i try to connect

The home server crashes any time i try to connect. Anyone have any ideas? My client is 16.25, not sure if that makes a difference, but seeing as how i cannot force an update, I am at a loss.

i get the time out in the login screen cant log into both pvp and pve EU servers but can log in on the usa ones is there any fix for this yet

I think I got that same error one time my redis server was not running.  try restarting redis.
