Config Gamesusersetting.ini

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had an idea why my server does not apply the configuration of my gameusersetting.ini?

I change some rates but this one is not applied in games?

Moreover I can not use the RCON while it seems to me that everything is correct and the port is open?

I use Atlas Serveur Manager with 2x2 Grid

Rcon Range 30000-30008 Open TCP and UDP in Router and Windows Firewall

The server reads from 2 files thats why save the info in defaultusersettings
