How can I switch this to my language?

At steam settings I believe. If you go to the settings of atlas it should be somewhere there.

on steam it is written:  German, Spanish, Italian ecc...

with last update they write: Updated latest translations: German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Ukranian, and Chinese

BUT WHERE change the language??? I can not find it anywhere

OT: Why they do not enable vsync from the graphic options?  it's absurd that I have to enable it inside the game files (like on ark)

In the German language version, the umlauts ä, ö, ü are not mentioned, so that one must guess what is meant.

Please ask for a new update that solves the problem with the umlauts (ä, ö, ü).

yes, extremely annoying when letters are missing, since it does not indicate Ä, Ö, Ü.

I have just noticed, the sharp s (ß), is not put out there.

if they would care for the translation done on Crowdin you would at least have ae, ue, oe and double-s for  ä, ü, ö and ß instead of missing letters.
but WC actually gives a flying F... after they called for (translation) arms about a year ago
