Does it take a streamer to trust in reports?

You think they do?  Based on their sheer inactivity they may as well not.  Maybe we're better off if they don't attempt to fix them, because every fix they ever made failed to fix anything and has screwed at least one other thing up.

Its not streamers they care about. It's the overall public sentiment they care about. Wildcard only cares about issues which may, ultimately, affect their bottom line. Streamers are the fastest way to "Build the fire", because they have mass exposure, but any issue that upsets the entire playerbase enough gets addressed. However streamers don't really get their issues addressed any faster unless the entire community is behind them. 

Source: We had a streamer stream an undermesh raid in Ark for about 8 hours and no one was ever banned and no action was ever taken.

No, he thinks (Correctly imo) that they don't really care about them. It's hard not to know about the exploits and cheats considering how often they appear on streams, videos and are reported with evidence. The difference is they don't care about them, thus never act on them.

The devs are not listening to the players, and if they do are doing nothing about it. It takes a streamer to show off dragons being spawned before they listen and do something. We have been telling these devs from day 1 that there is groups spawning in gallys over and over, duping items left and right.

Yet we still are sitting with all those resources on the islands and allowing them to take over island after island and claim everything with those resources.

plus bullying other smaller companies into giving up resources so they can dominate the servers. Still using those resources over and over and over and spawn in what they want when they want.

No i dont think you get it.
