Bring Elephants Weight Reduction Back

Recommended Posts

It's pretty crazy the devs thought in a game where everything takes mass amounts of wood to take out the only tame that makes farming it easier. Please tell me I'm not the only one who wants this back ASAP!

Regarding elephants, the change took place as specific-resource weight reduction was not something that they were intended to do (esp due to how they get passed ship weights), however, we'll be re-balancing the base weight of all tamable creatures early next week.

So why wouldn't you wait until the balance was completely finished instead of doing half of it, the half that will piss off the player base. That makes zero sense what so ever. Even more so if its only a week out.

At the very least... add a line to the patch notes that the carry weight will be revisited next week etc.  Information control is really bad.

PS. Please add a note to the aging patch note about whether or not we turn into pastries when we turn 100

You could bring the weight reduction back but ignore it when calculating the weight of the elephant if you want to prevent players from using them to carry more wood on ships.

Ok, I can roll with that.  Thanks for acknowledging the frustration with the change.
