See ur "AtlasTools" foler 🙂

I've seen my "Atlas Tools folder". I had Redis on. I got the config setup. Ports the same. Password the same. Etc. This isn't a solution to my problem, either something is blocking the connections or I'm missing something in the config that I can't find on the wiki page or anywhere else.

make sure to change "MachineIdTag": "NA_AtlasPVP1_1" in servergrid.json (right click and open with notepad), change the "NA_AtlasPVP1_1"

Just changed it now but still giving the same error. I appreciate the help though because at least here I'm getting a response (unlike discord) 👍

looks like your not starting redis properly, start redis from the bat file in the redis folder, then start your atlas server

I had it originally working from bat file but pretty sure it gave the same error. Not sure what's different now but it refuses to open via bat file so I have to use the .exe (the bat file opens but closes instantly).

Edit: Also it's not just this computer, also tried from another computer but the .bat and .exe both refuse to work.

Did you modify the config file at some point? Try grabbing the redis config again and replacing the one you have. Also if you changed the PW in the editor or the config they have to match up.

I only modified it for the password I think, but I'll give a shot at grabbing config again and changing the password to match again. Will notify when I'm done

Just got base config + changed the password to fit with ServerOnly.json. Still same error.

Good day. I do not see my map on the server in the game. You can explain how to properly upload the map to the server, which would be displayed. or what could be the problem. thank you very much in advance.

Is your ServerOnly.json named ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json and stored in the same dir as your ServerGrid.json?

[2018.12.25-01.56.44:678][  0]FDatabaseRedisShared::LoadDatabaseConnectionInfo() Failed To to load or parse entries from ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json

It looks like it either can't load the file, or can't load the settings from it. Double check that you've verified the IP of the redis server as well.

      "URL": "127.0.0.1",                                                                   <- Verify
      "Port": 6379,
      "Password": "YourMagicPassword"                                      <- Verify
    },

The password is the same within both ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json and the Redis server config. I cannot find the URL/IP within the Redis Server Config but I haven't touched either so they should be both the same. The ServerGrid.ServerOnly.json, ServerGrid.json and the images within the ServerGrid folder are all in the same directory as the server.
