bed is not working

I have my bed in my sloop but when I die I dont have the option to respawn in my bed. Only three options: Respawn Home Region, Create New Pathfinder, Change Home Server.

Each time you have to start again in you home freeport or in a new one. This is insane.

Anyone can help?
