chinese companay has surrounded the island at sea with flags

chinese company has surrounded the island i and others are on with flags around the entire perimeter at sea , 

 

i know its early access but there really should be some sort of max distance from shore that flags can be placed as i can only imagine this is how they take over claims by slowly edging inwards from the sea ? placing flags close and closer every couple of days 

 

the flags are at least 2 deep surroundings the isalnd just as the edge of  claims
