screen resolution is wrong need help!

My screen resolution is the wrong size and I cant get to the options to fix it in game. Anyone know how to fix it?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Edit GameUserSettings.ini

Look for 
ResolutionSizeX=
ResolutionSizeY=

Edit those with the resolution you want and save, start the game

Example:

ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080
