Nightstrasza 137 Posted January 15, 2019 Got a journeyman quality power stone treasure map. Wonder, how hard would that be for a solo?, the map leads to a shore so no deep venturing into suicide squad o alpha everything, however still propably would need to clear surroundings for a fight. Also could beat a journeyman quality map solo... + that is maybe boosted in difficulty from being power stone dunno?, can do fine maps just "fine" (lol), however, not doing them bcs of walls of SoDs everywhere and the fact that fine maps usualy are located in those easy warm climates where 60-100 ppl live and cause massive 200+ ping lag. So, how much harder journeyman maps are than fine maps? Headshot deals 130 dmg to a wolf rom our bow and we also have all 60% dmg bonus to AotD from piracy tree, heashot to a boss undead with that mace deals 72 dmg from that bow and 202 from flintlock. Nightstrasza 137 Posted January 15, 2019 Ok, today checked it. Never try doing anything on those islans unless being a mega with 100+ ppl. Cyclopses and wolves everywhere on shores ranging from 60-120 lvl, mostly the higher and atleast 1 cyclops per meter. They have gigantic amounts of hp, they don't regen but they can take like 20-30 headshots like a champ from a flintlock. Did not test how fast they respawn but don't think there's a point anyways, why even treasure maps lead to those places if the island monsters there are like 20x stronger each than the entire group of undead combined. Martyn 246 Posted April 27, 2019 (edited) Golden Islands are awesome places for getting xp.. pity you're missing out. Jump naked off ship, lure the ones you don't want away, kill everything else with carbines, cannons, catapults and balistas.. etc Bows for the wolves/tigers/lions and gorgons. Great xp if you're willing to risk walking outside your base. Just realised this is a necro'd post, but the point still stands even now. People are damned for not using search.. then damned for doing so. Edited April 27, 2019 by Martyn

Said maps could easily get me from 41 to 44 or so in around 15-30 minutes depending on how many you have per island.
photek 66 Posted April 27, 2019 very good xp, we did with 6 to 8 ppl and bears + swivel, but i guess you do this maps for bp's too
Martyn 246 Posted April 27, 2019 (edited) With maps you need to find the map, goto the golden island or where ever.. yep you get maps for goldens as well. With xp you just go, shoot, level up. Simples. You can decide which is better for you. I've found islands with alot of lv 200+ chickens, seaguls and horses for example, but goldens have hundreds of animals all lv60+ upto 135.. easy to kill relatively, snakes can be abit of an issue as can be gorgons, but great xp none the less. And if you pull the hydra even more fun. Edited April 27, 2019 by Martyn
