Suggestion: show EQ buff values prominently

So this post is one part suggestion and one part PSA, and to start I want to thank @Nari for providing the key information, of which I was personally ignorant until about 20 minutes ago. 

For everyone currently playing who is taking the approach that dying is simpler/more desirable than bothering to manage vitamins, there is something you may not be aware of that perhaps you should. The Equilibrium buff is worth 30 fortitude, 20% XP bonus, and additional buffs to speed, damage and health regen. It is not an insignificant buff.

I would like to suggest to the devs that one thing they can do to curtail the current widespread approach of dying to reset food/water/vitamins (dying not being the approach you'd expect your players to prefer in a survival game) would be to make the EQ buffs values more prominently featured and easily accessible. Currently all you know unless you make an effort to analyze what the buff provides, is that you get a buff icon when you're in EQ. The value of that buff is not immediately apparent, and unless one notices the change to their fortitude value and associates it with the buff, it's hard to detect.

Would be nice if they fixed the cooking recipes to make it easier to make and it provided more.  It takes so many materials for very poor gain so you are better off carrying 4 stacks of stuff for each vitamin which is not well thought out.

They need to show exact stat numbers what food does and well..., make it worth doing. Right now easiest to balance vitamins and low effort is just cook fish/meat (not prime), then gather some random veggies and berries in the forest, 1 fish/meat and then 5 veggies/berries. Farming and cooking have no real value right now.

Yeah, that dmg reduction is HUGE in combat, don't know why pvpers don't bother with EQ, it doesn't require much effort to keep it (unless having tons of fortitude, then that's a pain). Also movement speed, even just 10% is good as in pvp, mobility is a big thing to dodge or close gaps.

Exactly, it is a waste of materials atm which is just sad.  It could be so much more, seems like it was thrown together more so as an after thought than something real.
