Can I create an unoffical server?

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows for sure if it's possible to create an unofficial server and how would I do that?

Does it cost anything and how much then?

10 euros per server per month for 10 players.

So far no one knows how to get one up and running, you can purchase one from a 3rd party host at this time. But No guides or clear information has been posted (that I know of) about how to go about doing so.

It is possible, just not yet.

It will be expensive to get the whole map though^^
