A few questions regarding private servers & Island Editor

My first question is;

Is there any weather commands for admins?

How can admins spawn power stones? (I see power stone icons on the map in the water, but I cannot find them) 

1 question relating to the Atlas Island editor... When I try and export the MapImg.jpeg + CellImg.jpeg in the program, it gives me an error and doesn't export. So i've gone to snipping the cell, but it doesn't look great in-game. Any idea why?
