PSA: Only FOundations block resource spawns. Those who do foundation spam on Lawless, swap the foundations to pillars!

Tested and confirmed, Pillars don't block resource respawn, but do prevent building! If you have any foundations down to stop building, replace with pillars.

pillars, fence posts and gates are also blocking spawns but to a lesser degree but yeah they sure do block resource and creature spawns
