pope_kd 36 Posted January 9, 2019 Previous to the 10.0 patch, anyone on PVE or PVP servers could steal items from your locked and pin-coded chests with the Prying Eyes skill. The timeout period for Prying Eyes ended while the inventory screen was still open, allowing a (very) brief period of time where things could be dropped or transferred. I imagine they didn't want to mention this in their fixes because of the outrage it would cause for even being allowed to exist in the first place, but figured y'all might want to know.
