inactive admin vote system for company's with inactive leadership

i am in a company where the admin left without letting us know.

now we can not take new people or kick people when needed.

i sugest a system that can demote leadership after 7 days of inactivity. and a vote on promoting any one else.

at least a way to get control over the company.

I like this idea. I feel it doesn't take anything away from the game but adds a better company management option. could even call it something pirate themed such as a mutiny.
