Sure thing so the water reverses ( Stone roundy thingies that hold rainwater) + IRRIGATION pipes (not strait pipes) over/next to the crop plots Seed Fertilize and prosper.

(Reserve Tank) -[Irrigation Pipe]-[Irrigation Pipe]-[Irrigation Pipe]- (Reserve Tank) -

Wall -[ Ceiling Catwalks_______________________________________ Ceiling Catwalks ]- Wall

Under catwalks [crop plots] - [crop plots] - [crop plots]- [crop plots] - [crop plots]

 

 

I put the irrigation tanks on a catwalks held up with a wall on each end. then the crops under.
