I deleted the archive and cleaned up redis before starting the server. The CPU usage rate increased. In the past, after each grid was started, it accounted for 3%. Now every grid accounts for 10%. Why?

If the CPU load is very high, then put this in Engine.ini

[/script/onlinesubsystemutils.ipnetdriver]
NetServerMaxTickRate=15

Is that the only reason? I hadn't edited this file before, and the CPU usage was very low, until redis was cleaned up for map change.

map change?

 

more islands? more heavy loading stuff? more players? more buildings/ships on the server.. so many things cause a server to increase the CPU usage

On my server: Each Atlas grid is taking between 5% and 7% CPU time and between 4 GB and 6 GB RAM.  My CPU is i7-7800X 3.50GHz.

I'd love to know if there are any other ways to get that CPU usage down.
