Good day all!

We have (through a lot of trial and error) finally got our Dedicated server up for Atlas!  Our 2x2 can house 100 players each so 400 players in total and we intend to expand as we grow.  

EVENT TONIGHT (1 Jan-New Year) MST (UTC -7).  Get yer dice ready because we will be giving out free stuff tonight at midnight if luck is on yer side! (MST (UTC -7)) Due to the constraints of the server, we will do this event in Discord. Free stuff up for grabs so be there!

Server Stats:  3xH/3xT/2xLevel

Roles available on the server (each role has their own discord chat and function):

  1. Pirate
  2. Privateer
  3. Trader

The Gilded Trading Company is looking for Privateers to assist in gathering treasure!  All Privateers need to do it contact Lowthreat or Ladyaks in the discord for an interview.  We will split the booty 50/50!!

The server has been updated with some improvements!

Updates - 1/3/19 1.

1.  Enabled a cross server chat!

2. Added a new suicide command! Type /suicide to kill yourself.

3. Added a private messaging system.
     - Type /pm low to talk to me. You can type the first few characters and it will find that person.
     - Type /r to reply to that person.

4. A killer log in in effect. Kill someone and we all will find out!!

Roles:

Traders:  (Sails must have the trader logo on the top sail.  Instructions in the corresponding role discord.)

The traders of the seas are out for one thing... GOLD.. Traders cannot attack other Companies but they are allowed to hire pirates or privateers (public or in private). Traders and privateers are usually seen together as privateers are not going to retaliate against them without cause (must be proven to work against the privateer army).

Pros: They cannot be attacked by Privateers. They can claim rare resource spots and tax them.

Cons: They cannot attack any other company for any other reason unless it is defense.

 

Pirates:  (Sails must have the Pirate logo on the top sail.  Instructions in the corresponding role discord.)

The Pirates of the seas are the lawless faction that can attack anyone on the open seas for any reason whatsoever. Pirates are free souls.

Pros: They can attack anyone for any reason.

Cons: They will be the target of both traders and privateers. They can only claim areas that they are planning to build on to establish a base.

 

Privateers:  (Sails must have the privateer logo on the top sail.  Instructions in the corresponding role discord.)

The privateers are the armies of the seas. The privateers are the law abiding citizens that want to see pirates wiped out of the seas without hesitation. (Privateers are essentially government factions that can war with each other for a good cause, ie.. Stealing land)

Pros: They can attack pirates for any reason. They can jail pirates for no more than 3 hours. They are favored as the preferred workers for the traders.

Cons: They cannot attack traders or other privateers without cause. If they do attack each other they must declare war and be acknowledged by the other privateer group. They can only claim areas that they are planning to build on to establish a base.

If you do not choose a role then you will be free to be attacked by ANYONE.. Pick a role in discord.

We just upgraded to a 3X3 and have the potential to house over 1K people!  Come join us in the seas!  Stories and events are happening weekly!!

You will see added engrams. There are 3 engrams in total so far.

Craft from the smithy -> TZ Structures

Features of the mod so far:
- No collision placement of all basic walls, ceilings, floors, and roofs.
- Pick up any item by holding "E" and select the pickup option on the radial.
- Elevators are 4x more efficient (weight, speed, and height). (Crew member is required to operate for now)
- Large Weight sails now give max weight based on ini settings to incentivize use. 

New Changes (v5):
- Gates added
- ini setting added for large weight sail weight modifier (default 0 is set to 1200)
- Set build limits for structures and elevator to 30000 for higher placed builds

Current Issues:
- Gates are not added to the skill so you cannot learn them -> Fixed in v6
- Elevators interaction not displaying on platform --> Fixed in v6


Upcoming changes:
- Lanterns will not require upkeep to run.

- More structures added.
- Removal tool for distance removal.
- Much more!
