How to actually setup your own private server?

Okay so I think I did figure out how to turn off the level cap and stuff in nitrado, there was a settings area on their site when you login.  So might be wrong about that.  Though still hoping prices for private servers drop.

Yes this works but how do we build different ships and acquire gold on our 1 server privates?

Mapfiles? Is that why my map on my private nitrado server doesn't show anything but a red x? Is that also why I cant seem to respawn at my bed?

I'm trying to figure out how to change this as well...Its a little difficult when all you see is fog.
