Server will not start

Recently I tried to relaunch my old Atlas server form about a year ago, but for some reason when we travel from A1 to B1 my friends connecting over the internet get insta kicked and cannot rejoin, getting the error cannot query server for invite, yet i transfer over ok  but if i then log out then i get the same error.

so i tried a new server using the season 12 6x6 prebuild map that was in the map editor, and we had the same problem, spawn in A1 fine but we get disconnected when traveling to B1.

im playing over LAN, all ports are forwarded and every server have all there ports spaced out in intervals and there is no shared ports, but now i get this error

any ideas?

ive tried both ASM and ASUU tools
