TRADE ROUTS!!!! AHHHH!!!

I have been building my server and have tried just about everything i can think of. I can get trades to work within a single server square but i cannot for the life of me get two servers side by side to trade with one another. I first set up one trade route just between the two servers, blue circle in one, two black circles in the other, named it Npc Trader2 with 16000 in the trade time interval then unchecked, checked for the last two options. within each server i can trade between two tribes but cross server i have no trade routes at all. any help would be great.
