Constant crashing on xbox series s when touching land

I play on a xbox series s and have noticed that while I can play on my one certain island I can't play on any other island as soon as I touch the land weather it's built on or not I crash. I'm perfectly fine on my boat and going through grid boarders though so I honestly don't understand what is going on!
