How do i Increase the Max Level Cap on my Server?

i'm trying to figure out on how i can increase the max levelcap from the stock lvl 51 to lets say as an example to level 200 on my dedicated server?

That should only pertain to grids where homeserver=true though? Also with a natural cap of 50 would it just fall back to 50 cause the point of that parameter is to limit how many levels one could achieve on a home server. (default being

 

also bclamphomeserverxp is meant to be a Boolean. maybe 1/0 works but should be true/false iirc
