Breeding multipliers

Hey all, just wondering if anyone can help, i recently started renting 4 servers for atlas, i currently already code for 2 ark servers, im struggling with the breeding multipliers for atlas, its like its not accepting the code for the breeding multipliers and seems stuck on normal rates? is this broken like harvest rates and taming rates?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
