SGE Feature: Map Exports

Ahoy Pathfinders!

For Private Server owners, or anyone just tinkering with the ATLAS server Grid Editor, this map export feature is now available! 

To change the file size of the map exports in SGE

  • The settings for the dimension of your exported map images can be seen in the screenshot below
  • To change the size of the cell images, set the number in “Cell Image Size” to the desired dimension before Export
  • To change the size of the world map image, set the number in “Atlas Image Size” to the desired dimension before Export
  • The defaults are: Cell Image Size: 2048; Atlas Image Size: 4096

I don't understand this news.... is it just a PSA?

How about a PSA about the file format change to PNG and how admins can cleanly make that switch so the treasure map images aren't blank and how the new TW features in the SGE work, like the overlay?  Maybe a little info/update for Nitrado server owners and the big delay for their PNG images?

There's a lot of frustration among server owners with this update and this news about image sizes seems a bit disconnected from the community.

So, are you saying that single players have to convert their images and play games?
