Freeport Level Cap

Hi chaps.

I've got a 1x1 server and i don't intend to be spending any more money on expanding it.

Upon hitting lvl 8, i'm told that i need to explore in order to continue leveling up.

I've made it to another island that isn't a freeport, but from the persistence of that level cap message, i assume it actually wants me to sail to a new cluster(?)

Is there any way i can remove this cap?
