Submit Ticket -- Status Changes immediately to SOLVED...wtf! hahahah

Submitted a ticket earlier on a player glitching/abuse with all pertinent info and screenshots, etc.  Clicked "Submit" and immediate "status" of the ticked was "SOLVED."  Nice one Devs, you have a support page to "claim you have one" when in fact you just have a dead end link....lol.

I can't even get the ticket screen to open. It's just an empty page.

same , we had issues with griefers...and nothing..
tickets are worthless , they do not respond
of course the flip side is , since they obviously dont care ..you can do whatever you want to your abusers and they cant complain
