Bug? Single thatch foundations w/crafting station/decayed but cannot destroy.

I've been seeing this quite a bit, hoped they fixed it with the new map but I'm still seeing them.  Is this a bug that should be reported?  And it seems like it's only thatch foundations and crafting stations bigger than the foundation.

So it seems the floor takes the decay timer of the item on top, so smithys take something like 40days? To decay before you can demo

Yep, a common way to grief people or keep your discovery beds to last longer. Can create a foundation and put a storage box on it for 40 days of no demolish or autodecay even though the foundation is only 9 days. 

I reported it last season.

Correct old bug if you ask me has been around since last wipe, It should be allowed to be demolished wish they would fix it and clean up islands.
