Are there any pre-made sail designs out there?

Searched high and low but can not find any premade sail designs.  There are tutorials on how to paint your own off line but if you suck at graphical art its no use anyway. I was assuming there might be a place where people have designs that have been made which noobs like me can download?

I've never seen a repository for sail designs.  Would be a cool resource to have.

Yeh i've asked for this in a previous post, cos I can design my own on pc, but there is nothing for xbox players.
