they movements in sea so hard in xbox, and you always need to drink water and eat food, and you cant use the ship resorces box to save you armors, enemies killed you fast and take you armor easy. i lost my armor today and it was a gift from my lord becouse thanks giving day 😞

The Lord stepped in to help? How nice. Do what everyone else does, Die constantly. There is no quicker way to normalize your vitamins. I have many suicide plans to make life easier (how ironic). Otherwise, spend points into the food tree. Your choice.

Can't say that needing food or water has killed me yet whilst sailing 🤔

 

Just plan appropriate stopovers at islands to replenish resources.

The best skills points you'll ever spend will be maxing the "Vitamin" tree!

Just do that and for added funsies, max the "Overeating Tolerance" tree...

And you'll not have any issues keeping your cores balanced.

 

Or as Doc says.... You can just eat poop and die! 🤣  That's always an option!

Depends on the biome. If you have to eat constantly because of cold, the vitamin skill is not recommended. Otherwise you get an overdose. Sooner or later you should learn how to cook, because that really helps you to solve the problem.

For me - food/vits system just got simple boring formality.

- I wait for when my stomach is 33% (or somewhere around it).

- I eat 5 pieces of fish, 5 pieces of meat, 20 pieces of orange, and 20 pieces of yellow veggs.

Then for another half of hour I just forget about it. I totally do not paying attention of which type of food do I need. 5+5+20+20 keeps my vits on the same level and for around 60% state with equilibrium buff all the time. Sometimes when for example, my stomach level dramatically decreased (during freezing periods for example), I use 6+6+25+25. And it's fine to overate sometimes.

Oh and drinking. Just barrel on the boat and forget about the problem forever.

(It could be much more fun if equilibrium buff was build from 4 smaller buffs depend of what food we actually ate. Seabass gave one buff, Tuna - another one etc).
