Anime Characters and Crew Members

Can someone please make it so I can play as an anime character and have anime character crew members?  Can you please use the 3D character models and dance moves from the MMD (MikuMikuDance) program?  Check YouTube channel "orion dobledosis" for a good example of the character models and dance moves and songs you should use.  Don't forget to use Hatsune Miku for the voice.  The 3D models and the dance moves and the voices and the songs are already available, you just need to add them to Atlas please.  Thank you.
