Help with a game function

I have a problem in xbox, sometimes when I open the map is like an open camera and I can not close it and not access the map, to exit I have to restart the game or I can not see the map, (is not the camera busola).

would have any function that removes this camera?

It happens on PC also. I think it happens when you open the map while holding down right mouse most often, or your Xbox equivalent key. I have never found a fix and just restart the client.
