Joining failed.. Connection timed out

Has anyone had any joy in resolving this error on an Xbox Nitrado server? 

It's really doing my nut in now. 

We were running a server but the ingame mini map didn't work, we've tried to sort the files through the stupidly overcomplicated method nitrado say to do and now we can't join our server at all
