SavedByGrace979 2 Posted October 17, 2019 There is no way to submit a support ticket via this website to receive any kind of official support for players in the Xbox version. The ticket system requires entering Steam ID information to submit a ticket. It would be great if we could get a way to submit tickets for the Xbox version so we don't have to clog up the forums with requests for support. Just a thought! Bluestone 48 Posted October 18, 2019 Hello, this has now been changed. A new field for choosing your platform was added and is required, and also, while the Steam URL field is still there it is no longer required to complete a ticket. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
