What's up with the harvest rate?

I know it was a 2x Harvest but I'm getting 5-10 Fiber per bush with a sickle and like 1-3 strawberries per harvest. I have Advanced Higher Hand-Harvesting Yeild and the rate are really low. Prior to the 2x event the rate were not this bad. Intended or not?

The rates were accidentally set to lower rates by a dynamic ini file.
The rates should be back to normal now as they implemented the fix on the live servers "a little differently in the code for the time being".
That was nearly 40minutes ago and they said it could take 20-30minutes to take effect.
