What is the highest lvl Sotd can spawn to outside of Golden Age Regions?

Just met a lv 35 brig in O1.. I thought max level was 30..

Nah seen plenty of sotd above 30, never seen 40 though...

Max Level Outside of golden Age is 30 And inside is 60. they can be kited Outside but not sure how one got into O1

I've seen level 38 in polar regions, that's the highest I've seen outside GA zones.

38 is the highest I've seen in Polar as well, but I've also never seen a true 60 in Golden Age, but lots of 58s.

The 1's and 15's tend to have a higher level of SoTD,  also have aggressive whales.

Except when I'm hunting them.. then they down spawn at all. 

I've started hanging racks with gold in them to try to lure them out of hiding.
