Solution to mega alliances

how about Making cannons on ships Unconditionally fire on boats thats not allied to you. instead of giving players the power of just freely roaming around with allied red ships by them to hit one cirtin company, this would make it very hard for this kind of teamwork to happen seeming as the would both be hitting eachother while trying to kill you.

Megalithic's point is to discourage large marauding groups of non-allied ships sailing together. It's not an ideal solution but I can see how such groups would be problematic on PVP.

Thing is, such teamwork and large alliances are exactly what we want on PVE. There really needs to be different rulesets on PVE and PVP for that.

its just as trevor says, in PVP servers you have your max of 5 alliances but megas have 10-20 other allies that are red but fight side by side. what im suggesting is to make ship NPC's autofire on red ships without the players consent or order to stop this would stop that grouping of ships of 150+ in a tile while the defending company is at 10-20 players
