Boatswain - Ship Supervisor/Shipwrite Officer of Defence - NPC and Defense Supervisor Officer Striker - Head Tamer Master: Same as basic roles, but higher say in the tasks at hand. Powder Monkey - Base role Basic Role: Striker - Tamer Shipwrite - Boat builder Gunsmith - Weapon+Tool builder Loomsmith Smith - Armor maker When joining our company you will pick a Role and make that your main job in our company to work on. You can change roles but we like to keep track of who is spec’d into what. You will start with the rank of Powder Monkey and work your way up to master where you have more say in tasks at hand.above that comes officer roles which have a lot more say in company politics and actions.
